The holiday village site covers an area of ​​5 hectares.

 

Public zone, guesthouse zone and recreational zone are developed longitudinally, from the border of the site to the coastline.

 

On the site there are 20 guesthouses, a restaurant, a spa, a utility building, a reception service building, 10 gazebos with barbecues and a canopy in the marina area.

 

Guest houses are located perpendicular to the shore, with gaps of at least 15 meters, in a checkerboard pattern, public facilities are oriented parallel to the boundaries of the site.
