The concept of the house is based on the idea of improving the quality of life, saving construction time and cost.

​

The implementation of the idea is built on 3 basic principles:
- Simple geometry, building technology and compact volume;
- Recognizability of the image: variability of appearance and finish;
- Adaptability: variability in location, orientation and use.

​

The use of CLT-panels as the main structural elements of the house allows, using ready-made elements and minimization of "wet" processes, to reduce the construction period to 1 month.
