The basic shape of the module is formed by a regular hexagon, which makes the volume "centripetal" and compact. The house is formed by a combination of hexagonal modules resulting in a "honeycomb" or petal structure.

The basic version uses a structure of 6 modules. The modules are arranged around a central core with stairs, elevators and foyers. The structure of the house allows providing any required apartment layout. On the first floor, one of the "external" modules is occupied by the entrance group of the residential part, in the remaining modules public premises or apartments can be organized.
