Residential buildings are placed in the central part of the area with public buildings (concert hall, shopping and office complex) at the eastern border.

 

The upper part of the embankment is filled with different functional content: ladder-esplanade concert hall, rest areas, playgrounds, park facilities. Street art objects mark the street openings to the waterfront.

 

The concert hall has a classic shoe-box shape, 24 x 44 meters with 1200 seats. Multilevel foyer of the concert hall is made with glazed external walls, the lobby floors offer views of the central part of Irkutsk and Angara river.
