Waves and Concentration

 

The project creates a high-density urban area with a wavy silhouette corresponding to the surrounding mountains and hills.

​

The even distribution of residential, office and commercial programs is leading to mostly mixed-use developments, high street density and area percentage of infrastructures,high building density, open public-use green and recreation areas and creation of small private-use green space for residents inside each block.

 

The hill shape of the overall building development inspired by the surroundings creates a distinct image of the area and diverse possibilities on each block site.
