Competition project for office-campus at the entrance of Düsseldorf’s Media Harbour.

 

Infinity sign is the base of the building form. 

 

The form fits the rectangular plot with access from corners.

The building has increased outer facade area, with more north views to the harbour and south views to the fields.

The volume has reduced side surface areas facing neighbouring buildings.

 

The building has an entrance lobby and a full height atrium in the middle.

 

Reduced built area on levels 1 and 2 provides transparency of the structure and continuity of public space at street level.

 

The roof has a garden and a risen walkway.

A full «infinity-circle» walk will last 5 minutes.
