The Karacharovskiy Mechanical Plant area is developed in conjunction with the territory of the city block: with items kept for historical continuity and block division with a distinctive spatial organization.

 

The oval structure ("Coliseum"), combined with perimetral/courtyard buildings along the avenue and tower houses in the inner part of the area, create a variety of residential and public spaces, providing versatility and high density in development areas.
