"Humanism," nature, and transparency became the key principles for the office design.

Transparency, a unified space, and visual connection between all employees have historically become attributes of the company, as has the abundance of natural elements, such as plants and fish tanks, in the workspaces.

The seating plan takes a humanistic approach: the traditional arrangement of workstations in rows and facing each other in large offices was not suitable here. The company views each employee's workstation as a manager's workstation, with a separate desk and free frontal space. The office structure features a central "green" space—a communication "boulevard" with public areas, meeting rooms, and showrooms. Work areas are located around the perimeter and designed in a calm, monochrome color scheme.
