On Match Day, the stadium provides fans and spectators with a sense of unity with each other and the team through maximum proximity to the game, the best view of the pitch and the entire stadium, while its infrastructure meets UEFA Category 4 stadium requirements.

Public Facilities
The complex houses public buildings with various functions: indoor sports facilities with exercise machines and fitness rooms, catering facilities, retail outlets, offices, and a hotel with a conference center.

Urban Area
The stadium grounds are open to public use, connecting the residential area with the parkland of the Hrazdan River Valley.
