The site is naturally distinctly divided into two parts: the western one with crossroads, residential buildings along the perimeter and passages to the residential groups, and the eastern one, without roads and with a natural environment.

The linear volume is stretched along the border of the two territories and contains the infrastructure of the complex: a children's institution, a cafe, a beauty salon, a spa center, a store, and the premises of the management company.

Thus, public and recreational parts are formed.

The public part includes parking lots, a central square with a dry fountain, and entrances to service facilities.

The recreational part includes jogging and walking paths, a pond, sport and recreation areas.
