Residential apartments are designed as cells built into the framework of vertical and horizontal communications. Eight residential levels are organized in such a way that access to the apartments is from 2-3 and 6-7 levels. This makes it possible to form perpendicular volumes of upper and lower residential units in the inner space of the complex.

 

Apartments: one-level studio and two-level 1,2 and 3-bedroom. Public and retail spaces occupy ground floors inside the complex. EV parking is organized around the underground level.
