The main prerequisites for the solution were:

- Organization of the exposition around the central exhibit – “Vytegorskaya boat”;

- Traditional scale and form of museum volumes;

- Integration of the museum complex into the arrangement of the embankments in the central part of Vytegra;

- Conceptual connection to the Water system.

The appearance reveals the structure of the complex - the volumes of the main blocks and the space between them.
