Comfort Space: freedom of life in harmony with nature

 

Optimal decisions are suggested by nature itself; natural structures were adopted as a prototype for the planning organization of the territory.

 

The layout uses the shape of the site, optimal in terms of the ratio of perimeter / area. Each site becomes "ideal", and hedges mark the border of private and public spaces.

 

Using the ellipsoidal shape of the sites harmonizes the space, creating a single continuous public "green" zone. Each site freely exists without fences, without neighbors, without corners.
